When we do something for a child (for example, give him a bath), [...] we must let him know that it is time for his bath. We must prepare the bath in front of him, placing it at such an angle that he can see us. He will watch and be interested. We must do everything carefully and then we must invite the child, ‘Now, my little darling, would you like a nice bath?’ He will understand the expression and gradually become more and more conscious.
